Run by Dr. Terri O'Fallon PhD and Kim Barta M.A., this workshop will feature the application of the STAGES developmental model, which uses the AQAL meta-theory as the structure for twelve developmental levels and its application to developmental parenting; both the child as well as the parent will take advantage of the developmental level they are at and synchronise their developmental styles such that the child and the parent will harmonize the growing up and waking up process. Iterating patterns that up-shift through four sub-quadrant tiers will be used to illustrate a practical approach for parents to ascertain, in the moment, the developmental level of their child and to adjust and apply appropriate methods adaptively to the child’s developmental level.
